Arizona Rancher Defending His Property Ordered to Pay $87000 to Illegal Aliens

Okay, it's official. NOW, I've heard it all. The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court ruling that an Arizona rancher (property owner) must pay $87,000 for holding a group of illegal aliens at gunpoint in 2004. On his own property. In defence of his own home. Picture this. You own your own place. Worked hard to get it. You're a rancher in Arizona, or Texas, or New Mexico or any other place.
