MILITARY: Marine says return to brig 'devastating' (Hutchins)

Marine Sgt. Larry Hutchins, free for nearly a year while he appealed his conviction for the 2006 slaying of an unarmed Iraqi, says this week's order returning him to the Camp Pendleton brig was "devastating."
