INDIANAPOLIS -- State lawmakers will hear a bill Monday that would allow Hoosiers the right to refuse to join unions or pay dues. Republicans said the "Right to Work" bill would bring new jobs to Indiana. Democrats called the bill "War on the Rights of Workers" and said it would only benefits employers, 6News' Norman Cox reported.
