Sen. Brown doesn't want to pursue sex assault case

BOSTON (AP) -- Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown has told a prosecutor he doesn't want to seek criminal charges against a camp counselor who he says sexually assaulted him 40 years ago on Cape Cod. Cape and Island's District Attorney Michael O'Keefe tells The Boston Globe that the Republican senator told him he didn't want to pursue the case.
