At 14 seconds in the video, a rocket is launched in front of a school and a mosque.
The international community has supported Hamas allegations that Israel fires at civilians when conducting counterterrorist operations. The U.N. Goldstone Report last year charged Israel with intentionally trying to kill civilians and generally denied Israel’s documented claim that Hamas used human shields when attacking Israelis.
Goldstone earlier this month admitted that he was wrong.
