New Mexico Officials Arrested

Likely Part of Obama’s Gun Running to Mexican Narco-Terrorists

Recently the town Mayor, the Police Chief and a Town Trustee of Columbus, New Mexico pleaded guilty to running guns to the Juarez drug cartel using city vehicles and police cars to do so. But now it looks like some of those guns illegally transferred to Mexico by these lawless city officials were connected to Obama’s gun running operation, Operation Fast and Furious.

In March, federal agents arrested former Columbus Mayor Eddie Espinoza, 51, for supplying guns to drug dealers in Mexico. In July he pleaded guilty to three counts of making false statements and three counts of smuggling firearms across the border.

Federal documents state the group smuggled more than 200 guns from New Mexico to the streets of Cíudad Juárez and Palomas, Chihuahua. The documents further state that at times the group used unmarked police cars registered toColumbus to smuggle the guns across the border. Agents had been following the illegal operation for more than a year.

In testimony before the court during the proceedings against the police Chief Angelo Vega, though, we discovered that at least six of the weapons the villainous trio shipped to the narco-terrorists were guns from Obama’s gun running program Operation Gun Walker.

It seems that this story gets worse on a weekly basis. Yet the Old Media and even the GOP is letting this story sit unnoticed. This is bigger than any Watergate story. After all one of Obama’s illegal guns has already been used to kill a U.S. border agent and we’ve begun to see Obama’s guns show up at crime scenes all across the Southwestern U.S.

Obama and his DOJ underlings need to be held accountable for this outrage.
