Of course correlation is not causation. I’m sure someone would argue that the Democrats moved in after the ruin of the cities or perhaps that this is a factor of population density or something…
Still, it does say that progressive programs seem incapable of fixing the problems they seek to address. At the very least this is a caution to the occupy wall streeters about the gap between good intentions and good results.
