Obama's Approval Hits New Low Among Blacks

(CNSNews.com) - For the second straight week, President Barack Obama’s job approval has dropped to a new low among blacks, according to the Gallup poll.

In the week that ended on Oct. 16, Obama's approval was 79 percent among blacks. That was down from the previous low of 80 percent in the week that ended on Oct. 9.

In the week that ended on Oct. 2, Obama’s approval among blacks had been 85 percent.

Obama’s highest approval among blacks was 96 percent, a level he achieved in five different weeks of 2009.
