LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. -- A Lancaster County District Judge accused of dismissing three of her own parking tickets was suspended on Wednesday.
The Court of Judicial Discipline suspended Kelly Ballentine with pay.
She faces two felony charges and a misdemeanor.

LANCASTER, Pa. -- A district judge in Lancaster is accused of dismissing traffic citations that had been issued for her personal vehicle.

Kelly S. Ballentine, 43, surrendered Monday. She was released on bail and ordered to have no contact with witnesses.
In November 2010, Lancaster police issued three traffic citations to Ballentine – one for an expired registration and two for parking violations in front of her home, according to court documents.
After 30 days, a summons for each citation was mailed to her because she did not pay fines, officials with the attorney general’s office said.
Ballentine dismissed the summonses and there is no record of her paying the fines, officials with the attorney general’s office said.
She is charged with three counts of conflict of interest, six counts of tampering with public records and three counts of obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function.
Ballentine has been placed on administrative leave by Lancaster County's president judge.
