Text of “secret” pro-gun clause in Obamacare

Jan. 10, 2013

Only TopConservativeNews.com brings you the full text, not vague claims…

Since no one in Congress actually read Obamacare, no one even knew what was really in it. It turns out that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) was trying to reduce opposition to the bill by inserting “favors” into the 2,800 pages. In order to keep the NRA from entering the debate Reid says he added this gun rights clause.

Several leading Democrats are suggesting forced gun registrations under the guise of keeping mentally unfit people from having guns. The Federal government would then decide who gets to keep their guns. One can argue that Obamacare explicitly bans this type of registration scheme.

Buried in the 2,800 pages is Senate amendment 3276, Sec. 2716, part c.:
