Would you support having armed personnel in schools?

Jan. 29, 2013

Politicians would rather base their choices on their own job preservation or their party's agenda, Rather than listen to our views. But just for shits and giggles let's see what polling show. Feel free to vote, if you'd like...

Following the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., many schools around the country are considering various measures to improve safety, including the proposal to have armed personnel on school property.

Central Dauphin School District is considering random police patrols, while some are suggesting that trained teachers and staff from the district could be armed while on school grounds.

Federal law prohibits firearms on school property, unless those weapons are in the possession of a police officer designated as a school resource officer.

Would you support any measures to have armed personnel in schools? Tell us by casting your vote in the poll. You may select all that apply.  HERE
