Observation Point #1: WHY and HOW was the gun LEGALLY confiscated from his home?
Observation Point #2: WHEN was a Pennsylvania state LAW against possessing a loaded firearm INSIDE YOUR OWN HOME passed?
MANHEIM TWP.: Hector M. Gonzalez III, 28, of Janet Avenue, was charged after a loaded handgun with an obliterated serial number was found in his residence April 1, police said.
