CHICAGO (STMW) – A teenage boy was charged with murder Wednesday for fatally shooting a 15-year-old this month in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
The 16-year-old boy was charged with one count of first-degree murder, according to police, who were not releasing his name because he is a juvenile.
