A petulant White House staffer got in on an #ObamacareInThreeWords hashtag game in May, posting a picture of the president’s signature on the Affordable Care Act along with the terse message, “It’s. The. Law.”
This evening, though, as word circulates that the employer mandate will be pushed back until the 2014 elections are out of the way, many are asking about that January 1, 2014 implementation deadline written into the bill. Isn’t that the law too?
