Coming to America for the Hand Outs and Lawsuits: Man files suit after Sweet Smiles chocolate leaves him without tooth

An Edinburg man filed a lawsuit against Georgia Nut Company and Dollar General after he lost his tooth while allegedly eating Sweet Smiles chocolate covered almonds.

The civil lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court by Jesus Castaneda.
