CIA Pays AT&T Over $10 Million for Phone Records

WASHINGTON – In a report published by The New York Times[1], it was discovered that the CIA is paying AT&T over $10 million a year for access to the company’s phone records.  These records are not only for subscribers to AT&T’s service, but include all calls traveling through AT&T’s infrastructure.
