Sheriff Joe Arpaio is living up to his reputation as "American's toughest sheriff." In a Wednesday tweet he boasted of his latest accomplishment -- a plan to serve Maricopa County, Arizona prison inmates the cheapest Thanksgiving meal ever.
The meal, which comes with a 24-cent vegetarian turkey soy casserole, costs 56 cents per inmate.
