The New Face of Health Care Reform
In Jim Geraghty's Morning Jolt newsletter, he discusses the Upton bill that would seek to fix Obamacare glitches (not of the website kind, the kind that have caused millions of Americans' health care plans to be cancelled, in contravention of all the times Obama promised they wouldn't be. He makes this observation:
