BREAKING: Judge Rules Obama’s Spying is UNCONSTITUTIONAL

December 17, 2013

BREAKING: A federal judge has ruled the NSA’s program of illegally spying on all US phone calls as being unconstitutional. The NSA has been collecting almost all “metadata”, including financial records, phone records, internet records, and much else.
This is great news for those who support Rand Paul’s larger lawsuit against Obama’s domestic spying program. It’s an incredibly good sign that the lawsuit will carry more weight and could deliver a death blow to illegal spying.
Obama, of course, will come up with some excuse. He was against illegal spying when running for office — which means he was just lying, like usual. It’s all we’ve come to expect.
