CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Jimmy Dimora and Frank Russo are back in Federal prison after weeks of interrogation by Cuyahoga County Prosecutors.
Dimora and Russo were the key figures in the 2008 raid on county offices by Federal authorities. Dimora is serving 28 years in prison and Russo is serving 22, but is expected to ask the judge to lower his sentence because of his cooperation with investigators.
The reason for their questioning by county authorities is unclear, other than Prosecutor Timothy McGinty has launched his own investigation.
