Military veteran says Six Flags disrespected him because of disability

A military veteran who lost both legs in service says he was disrespected by Six Flags employees because of his disability.
“My daughter was there the entire time,” Stephen Jackel said. “It got so frustrating that I broke down in front of her and cried.”
Jackel says he was told he could not go on a ride with his daughter because their safety policy states that riders must have one functional leg and one functional arm.
Jackel claims he was not told about that rule when he bought his ticket and when asked for a refund, he was told no.
Six Flags offered him replacement tickets, but said that will do him no good because he still won’t be able to ride the rides.
Six Flags sent a statement saying they will work with Jackel to refund his money.
