Anchor Baby Policy Failures: Reward increases for “most wanted” sex offender

The reward for information on a wanted sex offender and gang member has grown.
The reward has been raised to $20,000 for information leading up to the arrest of Barrio Azteca gang member, Benjamin Dominguez in the month of May.
The 47-year-old has an extensive criminal history and is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and parole violation.
According to the Texas Department of Public safety, Dominguez was convicted of indecency with a child after he exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl in 2001.
Dominguez served two years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
After he was released, the 47-year-old was arrested for indecent exposure and returned to TDCJ.
He has also served time in a New Mexico jail.
Dominguez has lived in El Paso, Socorro, Texas; Las Cruces, New Mexico and Modesto, California.
The 47-year-old weighs around 225 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches, and has several aliases.
He has tattoos on his arms, left wrist and neck.
