URGENT NOTICE: Thousands of illegal immigrants, with offenses ranging from sex crimes against children to drug charges to murder, were recently released from U.S. prisons. Due to the Obama administation's decision to place amnesty above the safety of communities, more than ever before, children are being placed at high risk by the presence of undocumented, unregistered foreigners. In addition to the political pawns described above, many of their offspring, who bear the innocent, almost victim-like, false flag known as "anchor babies", also pose a threat to the young and vulnerable.

Teen has sex with underage girl after she runs away to a party

A teen is behind bars after he allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old girl he met at a party.
Pharr police responded to a call on the 700 block of La Quinta Drive in Pharr Sunday morning.
Documents state that the mother and the victim told police that Rigoberto Castillo sexually assaulted the girl.
According to Pharr police, the girl ran away from home, and went to a party with friends the day before.
The 13-year-old returned home Sunday morning.
The victim’s mother said her daughter had a swollen lip and a hickey on her chest.
Authorities said 17-year-old Castillo admitted he had sex with the underage girl.
Castillo told police the sexual act was consensual.
A judge arraigned the teen, and charged him with aggravated sexual assault.
A bond of $10,000 was set for Castillo.
