Authorities are investigating a sexual abuse case where a man sexually abused three teenage girls and a woman failed to report it.
Laguna Vista police arrested 60-year-old Eddie Garcia and 41-year-old Esmeralda Valdez on Monday.
Garcia is accused of two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child.
Valdez is accused of failing to report sexual abuse of a child.
Laguna Vista Police Det. Julio Olguin told Action 4 News that two 15-year-old girls and one 14-year-old girl made an outcry against Garcia.
Det. Olguin said an investigation revealed that one of the girls told Valdez what was happened but she did not report the crime to police.
Garcia was released from custody after posting $75,000 dollars in bonds while Valdez was released after posting a $1,500 dollar bond.
