A triple agency manhunt was underway after a bailout ended right outside the Action 4 studio in Harlingen.
Border Patrol agents joined officers from La Feria and Harlingen to capture undocumented immigrants who fled following a traffic stop.
Five immigrants were quickly arrested, and others ran into a nearby field behind the station.
Those detained said they were from El Salvador and Guatamala.
The incident happened around 8:45 p.m., and the Harlingen Police Department assisted the La Feria Police Department.
Authorities searched the field for others who fled the scene.
