A prominent Harrisburg lobbyist has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a Philadelphia woman.
According to reports, 40-year-old Andrew "A.J." Marsico was taken into custody Saturday at his Philadelphia apartment.
A 27-year-old woman told investigators Marsico sexually assaulted her on Aug. 21. Marsico maintains his innocence, says his attorney, Fortunato N. Perri Jr.

According to court documents, Marsico faces charges of aggravated indecent assault without consent, unlawful restraint/serious bodily injury, indecent assault without consent of other, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and false imprisonment.
Court documents also indicate Marsico had his preliminary arraignment Saturday, he posted bail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Oct. 9.
Marsico is a senior associate at the Harrisburg-based lobbying firm Greenlee Partners.
