A night out on the town has now ended with two men facing criminal charges in Edinburg.
Edinburg police booked 23-year-old Jesus Humberto Gonzalez and 21-year-old Jose Eleazar Zamora into the Hidalgo County Jail on Friday night.
Investigators told Action 4 News that both men are facing sexual assault charges.
Police said the crime happened on the 700 block of Agate Street back on October 2nd.
A woman told police she had gone out with both men and they all came back to the house.
Investigators said the woman passed out because she was under the influence of alcohol.
Police said both Gonzalez and Zamora raped her while she was unconscious.
Both men surrendered in the company of an attorney.
Hidalgo County Jail records show both men were released on Saturday after posting $50,000 personal recognizance bonds.
