Two people are out on bond after they were allegedly caught in a sexual act at the parking lot of the Cinemark Theater in Pharr.
The alleged incident happened Sunday night at the parking lot on the 600 block of N. Jackson Road.
Officers were patrolling the area when they noticed a white Chrysler 200 vehicle parked with the lights on.
Documents stated the officer approached the car.
Police said no one was in the front seats of the vehicle, but found both Stephanie Garcia and Nathan Champion in a compromising position in the backseat of the car.
Officers arrested both of the 20-year-old’s and charged them with public lewdness.
Both Garcia and Champion were given a $5,000 PR bond.
They bonded out of the Hidalgo County Jail Monday.
