Two San Benito teens remain jailed after police said they went on a shopping spree with a stolen credit card.
While they admit to using the card, they deny stealing it.
The two teens are facing up to eight counts of credit card abuse after allegedly spending over $472 dollars in a span of six hours.
San Benito police arrested 17-year-old Abram Barron and 18-year-old Alfredo Pena on Monday, while they were at a Stripes off Sam Houston Avenue.

Detective said the clerk called police after noticing the credit card they were using did not belong to them.

Police said the card was stolen from a car, which burglarized off the 100 block of Palo Blanco Street in San Benito.
They have also been charged with burglarizing a motor vehicle.
Barron and Pen deny breaking into the car, even though they had the owner's credit card and cellphone inside a Best Western Hotel room they rented, police said.
“They apparently found the credit card and they were not aware it was a crime to use someone else's credit card,” San Benito police detective Rogelio Banda said.
Detective Banda said an underage female was found inside the room, but she is not facing any charges because she had no knowledge of the crime.
The two male suspects right now are being held on a $4,500 bond.
