Both Clinton and Obama's message were "finely tuned" according to the audience they were speaking to, to give different impressions, and in fact, lead to entirely different conclusions, on the part of the listener, about issues of contention during the election. Obama had a "health care plan" which didn't actually exist. It consisted of some promised details, which were neatly bulleted and presented in academic precision.
