2 suspects arrested in Oklahoma shootings

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – Police say two male suspects have been arrested near Tulsa and will be charged with murder in the wake of the Oklahoma shootings on Friday.

Tulsa police spokesman Jason Willingham says the two men were taken into custody early Sunday just north of Tulsa and they will face three counts of first-degree murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill.

Willingham told The Associated Press by telephone that the men in custody are 19-year-old Jake England and 32-year-old Alvin Watts. He says a tip led a special operations team and other forces to make the arrests. He says police used surveillance and a helicopter in locating the two suspects.
