The slain Florida teen's parents agree to set aside a wrongful-death claim against the home association for an unspecified amount.
The parents of a Florida teenager fatally shot by a neighborhood watch volunteer have reached a settlement with the homeowners association where their son was killed.
The Orlando Sentinel newspaper reports that Trayvon Martin's parents reached a deal in the wrongful-death claim and that the parties agreed to keep the settlement amount confidential.
Benjamin Crump, the attorney for Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, declined to comment.
