The state Attorney General’s Office says it has arrested 25-year-old Sheldon Stephens of Harrisburg for allegedly stealing money from the pensions of state retirees when he was a paid intern to the Public School Employees’ Retirement System.
Stephens has been in the headlines before--he was one of the men who sued "Sesame Street’s" former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash over an alleged sexual relationship. Those charges were dropped.
