HHS offering Taxpayer-Funded Cash Prizes for pro-Obamacare videos

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has just released a new program for a video promotional contest for Obamacare.
The HHS has teamed up with a group called ‘Young Invincibles’ for a contest that will award $30,000 for over 100 prizes.
