Dem lawmaker wants Obamacare delay for wealthy ski-resort county

DENVER — Rep. Jared Polis, Colorado Democrat, voted for Obamacare, but now he’s seeking a waiver of the financial penalty for constituents suffering from a bad case of sticker shock.
