Real reforms haven't been passed
The current legislative “Team” working in Harrisburg struck out on three critical issues that needed to be addressed: Pension Reform, Transportation Funding, and Liquor Privatization. Pennsylvania has a Republican Governor, Republican House and a Republican Senate, yet nothing substantial has been accomplished. I think many people are wondering: Is the problem the Coach (Governor Corbett) or is it the Team (PA House & Senate)?
