SC considers loosening concealed gun law (Constitutional Carry - No Permission Slips!)
Associated Press COLUMBIA, S.C. -- A House panel on Thursday will take up a bill that would allow anyone who can legally own a firearm in the state to carry a concealed weapon without a permit.
