Three arrested during Phoenix 'tea party' rally

Authorities say three people were arrested during a "tea party" rally, including a man allegedly intimidating people at the event. The Department of Public Safety says 39-year-old Timothy R. Coomer was detained for trespassing on the Senate lawn Friday evening. Officer Bob Bailey says that Coomer was allegedly bothering people in the front row of the rally held on the Senate and House lawns.
