Janet Napolitano & DHS Review Freedom of Information Requests Before Releasing Documents

The federal government is supposed to be a government of the people, by the people, for the people. This is one of the driving factors that allow Americans to discover the inner workings of their government to some degree through the Freedom of Information Act.

We are now finding out that Janet Napolitano, the head of the American police state known as the Department of Homeland Security who runs the Transportation Security Administration and creates no-fly lists, are reviewing these Freedom of Information Requests prior to any information being released through the act.
