(CNN) — Finnish authorities have launched an review after impounding 69 Patriot missiles from a boat firm for China.

Police pronounced they also found explosives and moving charges aboard a British-flagged load boat Thor Liberty during a pier of Kotka, about 75 miles easterly of Helsinki.

The Patriot is a surface-to-air barb complement made by a U.S. association Raytheon and has been sold to several nations.

The Thor Liberty sailed from Germany on Dec 13, military said. It was set to cruise to Shanghai.
