McAllen teen charged with getting underage girl high then sleeping with her
A McAllen teen is behind bars after he allegedly smoked marijuana and had a sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 14-years when she ran away from home.
The underage girl told police that she had a sexual relationship with 17-year-old Christian Martinez in March 2014 at his friend’s house on the 2300 block of West Iris Avenue in McAllen.
Detectives said the minor ran away from home and went to the residence where the pair smoked pot and had sexual intercourse twice.
According to documents obtained by Action 4 News, the girl first made an outcry to a friend, and then told her mother.
The underage girl told her grandmother about the incident after she thought she could be pregnant.

Detectives said the girl’s grandmother agreed to file charges against 17-year-old Martinez.
A judge charged Martinez with aggravated sexual assault.
The ICE detainee remains behind bars on a $75,000 bond.
