New divorce bill on Beacon Hill

WARNING: Government control in our bedrooms!! So it is hateful to condemn same sex relationships; But let a marriage on the rocks try to rekindle it's flame once....
More proof that the government is anti-family.

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A new bill on Beacon Hill would ban parents from engaging in sexual relationships within the home until their divorces are final.

Supporters say the bill is meant to prevent domestic violence and shield children while the divorce is underway. Critics say it takes away parents rights.

In addition to the divorce bill, local lawmakers will also consider a bill this week to reform the state's alimony laws.

The bill would end lifetime alimony payments in most cases and cap how much one spouse is ordered to pay the other.

The state's current law does not contain any duration limits for alimony. Most states have done away with lifetime alimony.
