Costa Rica To Strengthen Border Security With Nicaragua, Whatever The Hague Decision
Costa Rican presidenta, Laura Chinchilla, announced Friday that security along the Nicaragua border will be strengthened regardless of the International Court decision that is due on March 8. "As a country we are with total determination to strengthen the presence of security forces, even if the ruling is favourable", Chinchilla said after a tour of the facilities of the company Terrapez in Bebedero and several other cities in Guanacaste.
