Ireland's in a state of denial over the euro
After the economic catastrophe of the past three years, you would expect a wind of change blowing across the Irish nation of almost equal magnitude to that of North Africa and the Middle East. But no; the Irish electorate will certainly oust Brian Cowen's discredited Fianna Fail government. Yet, to the outside world at least, the likely replacement with an Fine Gael/Labour coalition won't look a whole lot different.
