BOISE, ID. --- What if thousands more Idahoans were packing heat... and you didn't even know it? Your neighbor, the mailman, almost everyone would able to carry a concealed weapon. A new state law being proposed is aimed at doing just that. It's called the Constitutional Carry Law, and if passed would allow everyone but felons and those declared mentally ill by the state to pack heat.
