MADISON -- After several hours of debate, the Wisconsin Assembly voted 53-42 to pass a controversial bill eliminating collective bargaining rights with the exception of wages for most public employees. The state's Senate approved it the night before after using a procedural move to bypass its AWOL Democrats. Walker says he'll sign the legislation as quickly as possible.
