In the early 1980s, one of the books I read in college that eventually converted me from Democratic socialism to conservatism was "The Naked Communist" (1958) by Cleon Skousen.
The 45 communist goals Skousen documented over 50 years ago reads like today's newspaper, but most people are either too ignorant ("I didn't know"), apathetic ("I don't care") or egocentric ("I want power") to understand that since FDR both political parties have essentially morphed into one leviathan hypocrisy. America has devolved into a servile welfare state where more and more of its citizens are victims of voluntary slavery to the federal government.
Examine this simple syllogism below from the mouths of communism's forefathers:
Marx: Democracy is the road to socialism;
Lenin: Democracy is indispensable to socialism. The goal of socialism is communism;
Marx: The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism.
The logic is both seductively wicked and complete. America's Founding Fathers hated democracy, calling it "mobocracy" or rule by the mob, and considered it one of the most immoral forms of government ever conceived by mankind. Karl Marx exploited the grotesqueries of democracy and crony capitalism in his writings and understood that these economic policies promote class warfare and socialism and that socialism is merely a euphemism for communism.
Recent examples of the government taking over the means of production is President Obama turning GM, General Motors, into Government Motors in 2009, Obamacare, the Wall Street, union and mortgage-industry bailouts.
U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war and U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war
Conservative intellectual Ann Coulter wrote, "There are only two choices with savages: Fight or run. Democrats always want to run, but they dress it up in meaningless catchphrases like 'diplomacy,' 'détente,' 'engagement,' 'multilateral engagement,' 'multilateral diplomacy,' 'containment' and 'going to the UN.'"
Democratic socialists and RINO Republicans irrationally believe the Marxist aphorism, "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism," but Reagan championed the idea, "Peace through strength." Victory is the only way for America to fight an intractable foe like Western Marxism, communism and its fascist cousin, Islam. Appeasement has dominated American foreign policy since the Korean War – which has purposely crippled our military readiness. We fear nuclear war instead of making our enemies fear the United States.
Permit free trade between all nations regardless of communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war
Crony capitalism and many in the GOP demand unrestricted free trade, even with the devil himself, without allusions to moral considerations. This radical openness policy to communism started under Nixon, who opened the door of the West to China in the 1970s, and, in the 1990s, Clinton, who treacherously gave away U.S. military secrets to China. Forty years later, China now rivals America militarily, holds most of America's debt, which they use to manipulate our economy by artificially inflating the Chinese yuan while deflating the American dollar. China and Russia aggressively plan to remove the dollar as the world's currency.
Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites and provision of American aid to all nations regardless of communist domination
More than $58 billion of America's $14.5 trillion debt goes to pay foreign aid (i.e., international welfare) and is shamelessly used to bribe socialist dictatorships and fascist regimes around the world who feign like they're our allies so we keep giving them money ("peace and security"). On this point, treachery recently was discovered in America in the form of over $3 billion per year in foreign aid to Pakistan, which essentially housed Osama bin Laden for six years – not in inhospitable caves, but with his family in a luxurious mansion less than a half mile from Pakistan's equivalent of West Point military academy!
Grant recognition of Red China and admission of Red China to the U.N.
Since the Korean War, America has been in a Cold War against China, yet during World War II, China was America's ally. The U.S. therefore allowed Beijing admission into the U.N. and, since 1946, a seat as one of the five permanent members on the U.N. Security Council, which gives them veto power to stop America from going to war or protecting its vital national interests.
Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.
Six years later, Khrushchev reneged on supporting a unified Germany policy and on Aug. 13, 1961, mandated that a permanent wall be constructed by the German Democratic Republic (GDR, East Germany) where the Soviets completely cut off West Berlin from surrounding East Germany and cruelly extended East Germany's communist slavery for 30 more years.
Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress
According the Wikipedia, the world's nine nuclear powers have conducted more than 2,000 nuclear test explosions. Iran, the avowed enemy of America, Israel and Christianity, is very close to becoming the world's 10th nuclear power, and all the U.N. can do is to convene yet another worthless nuclear test-ban conference under the pretext of "negotiations."
Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
Russia, along with America, Britain, France and China, are the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council – which begs this question: Why did the Allied Powers, which spent trillions of dollars and sacrificed over 55 million lives to eradicate the Axis Powers of Hitler's Nazism, Mussolini and Hirohito's fascism in World War II, not only welcomed Russia and China into the United Nations with open arms, but for over 70 years permitted them to enjoy coveted seats on the U.N. Security Council? Because liberalism leads to democracy, which leads to socialism, which leads to communism, which leads to education atheism, global genocide and tyranny.
Democracy, socialism and communism are exceedingly evil and irredeemable ideas that will always fail because they will always collapse upon the weight of their own immorality.
