On May 25, 2012 I videotaped a judicial proceeding in New Jersey Superior Court having to do with the state elimination of cost-of-living adjustments for pensions.
Today this letter went out to the judge in that hearing with copies to the lead attorneys from Jean P. Reilly, Deputy Attorney General:
