Democratic N.M. State Rep. Arrested

A Democratic state representative was arrested in New Mexico on Tuesday, local KOB news reports:

A state representative who was pulled over for running a stop sign was arrested in northern New Mexico.

Las Vegas police arrested State Rep. Richard Vigil Tuesday night. Authorities said he had an outstanding traffic warrant for failing to appear in court.

Vigil was taken to the San Miguel County jail where he spent the night. He has since bonded out.
