AUTO-MATIC PAY: State Rep. John Fresolo, above, has put in for $9,828 worth of per diems before May, when he resigned in disgrace over a per diem scandal. State lawmakers are reimbursed for travel costs just to go to work, but voted to raise the gas tax.
